Clinical Research Associate (CRA) – Czech Republic : Czech Republic

Job description

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES include:
• Managing all aspects of a clinical trial at all assigned clinical sites to ensure patient safety, adherence to appropriate safety regulations and data integrity

• Monitors clinical studies, which includes the review of case report forms (CRFs) and source documentation
• Providing full support including technical and scientific guidance to study site personnel
• Managing query resolution process with sites
• Assisting project team with assessing project feasibility and recruitment as applicable

• Prepares and conducts on-site qualification, study initiation, interim monitoring and close-out monitoring visits at investigator sites

• Prepares Visit Reports and contributes information for Status Reports for sponsors
• Maintains project tracking system of subjects and site information as applicable

• Ensures adherence to study timeline and budget

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Undergraduate degree in a clinical, science or related field or R.N. or equivalent work experience
• Clinical Research experience including monitoring and mentoring as a monitor
• Demonstrates a working knowledge of clinical research processes
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology, clinical pharmacology and pathophysiology

• Working knowledge of ICH-GCP and relevant SOPs

SKILLS & PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:

• Fluency in English and Czech
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Disciplined work approach with the ability to function independently and take initiative
• Works in an organised manner and with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

• Proficiency in the required computer software
