Advanced Negotiating, Valuing and Structuring Strategic Alliances workshop

The advanced course aims to take delegates to the next level and builds upon the foundation laid in PharmaVentures’ standard course, with a more in-depth look at valuation methodologies, the negotiation process and extended face-to-face negotiations. It is an opportunity for experienced negotiators to extend and consolidate their skills. The emphasis will be on 1 day of interactive sessions and a substantial 2 day role-play exercise. It is designed to strengthen and extend the fundamental skill sets involved in deal negotiation and structuring.
