The grant project have character of interdisciplinary research. The aim of the research is optimalization of the new, high definition metal nanostructures applicated in SERS. In the frame of it are studied interaction of chosen biomolecules with that structures. The study concerns on how properties of metal nanostructures affect on interactions and characterization of the new activ SERS-systems which enable usage of SERS spectroscopy as standard method in catalysis, biochemistry and chemical analysis. Poject is connected with doctoral and postdoctoral study. |
