| This project is therefore producing genetic tools that enable bacterial strains with complementary or sequential activities to be joined together in a bacterial 'consortium'. The main focus is to develop ways to 'glue' the strains together by attaching affibodies (small single-chain antibodies) to the cell wall of one of the strains. |
