Mezinárodní společnost se zaměřuje na ekologický udržitelné stavby. Tato společnost právě spouští projekt domu s nulovou produkcí odpadu s velmi blízkým termín počátku výstavby. Tento projekt bude demonstrovat dopad efektivního využívání zdrojů a výstavbu z vybraných materiálu a maximální recyklování a využívání produktů. Hledáme vhodné produkty a služby pro efektivní využívání zdrojů pro jejich využití v tomto domě.

Description:
A high profile international innovation park will officially open in Scotland (UK) in September 2012 to showcase innovative and sustainable buildings & construction products. The site is being developed as part of the largest regeneration project in the UK, with a build phase spanning twenty years. The Park is being developed under the themes of energy, sustainability and affordability and will provide a true vision of sustainable development, through integration of the landscape, community focus and zero carbon buildings. The park is expected to attract 5,000 visitors per year, both from the UK and internationally, and offers unique opportunities for suppliers of construction products and services.

The Zero Waste Scotland House will begin construction on the Innovation Park this year. The developed plot will demonstrate the impact of embedding principles of resource efficiency within the design, build, and product selection of a housing model suitable for mass market production. The final house will also showcase how these considerations can create a more resource efficient lifestyle in occupation. The design will be developed to ensure maximum recycling and re-use of products at the point of deconstruction.

The delivered house will demonstrate how products can be incorporated into homes to achieve greater resource efficiency. For this to be as innovative and diverse as possible, potential suppliers of resource efficient products and services to be incorporated and publicised within the Zero Waste Scotland House are sought.
Technical Specifications / Specific technical requirements of the request
For a product to be considered as having improved resource efficiency, it should demonstrate better performance and achieve the following :
• materials used, e.g. dematerialisation
• materials wastage, e.g. design detailing to avoid waste
• reduced use of hazardous material, e.g. feedstock replacement
• recycled content, e.g. post consumer recycled feedstock
• end of life potential, e.g. easier to deconstruct for reuse or recycling

Information available on the following would be desirable:
• embodied carbon, e.g. lower firing temperature required
• embodied water, e.g. reduced water footprint
• life span, e.g. more durable
• resource scarcity & security, e.g. feedstock replacement

Eligible products should currently be available and can be donated.
