Journal for brewing, malting and beverage industry: The main activity is to publish a specialized monthly Journal for Brewing, Malting and Beverage Industry, in Czech called  Kvasný průmysl, the only periodical in the field of brewing and malting in the Czech Republic. Under the original name “Kvas” (“Ferment”) it was issued from 1873 till 1950, since 1950 it has been issued under the current name. In addition to brewing and malting fields it also deals with non-alcoholic beverages, viniculture as well as with distilling. The journal has been issued in Czech and Slovak languages, scholarly articles (at least two of them in each number of the journal) also contain summaries in Czech, English, German and Russian. Subscriptions cam be made through the editorial office. The editorial office also issues some non-periodicals, especially yearbooks (for brewing, barley and hop growing).
