The director of Central European Institute of Technology CEITEC MU is announcing a selection procedure for the postdoctoral research position in basic research - study on genetic animal model of Parkinson's disease using brain neuroimaging in strong magnetic fields. Applied Neurosciences Research Group in collaboration with Experimental and Applied Neuropsychopharmacology Group at CEITEC MU (Central European Institute of Technology, Brno, Czech Republic) is seeking applicants with interest and dedication to the following basic research topic: Evaluation (phenotyping) of selected animal models of Parkinson's disease using brain neuroimaging in high magnetic fields.

Expected start is 1st October, 2012. Applications, professional CV including list of publications, description of scientific activities, cover letter with a short abstract of the project you propose based on the methods and instruments listed above, and references giving evidence of scientific skills to be sent by 31st August, 2012 to both: irena.rektorova@ceitec.muni.cz and jkucer@med.muni.cz. The subject of the email should read the research group name (Applied Neurosciences) and the position name.
