We investigate regulation of cancerogenesis at cellular and molecular level with focus on metastatic dissemination and therapy resistence of cancer cells (namely breast and colon carcinomas). We also test new compounds with anti-cancer activity. Our research is based on tissue culture experiments (2D and 3D) with established and primary cancer cell lines and in vivo mouse models. We also participate in clinical studies.

Requirements:

  • PhD in molecular biology, biochemistry, or similar
  • High motivation
  • Ability to formulate hypothesis
  • Publishing activity corresponding to given career stage
  •  Experience with tissue culture and molecular biology methods
