Project: | Proteome and phosphoproteome analysis of oocyte meiotic maturation |
---|---|
Research institute: | Laboratory of Molecular structure Characterization |
Description: | |
The expression and function of a variety of individual proteins implicated in meiotic maturation and oocyte fertilization have been studied in various mammalian species. Expected results allow us to find new potential biomarkers of proper quality of cultured oocytes and establish the first pig oocyte protein database that might be beneficial in further cell cycle studies as well as for development of new reproduction-related biotechnologies. |
