Quality Administrator–Biotechnology– Switzerland

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Quality Assurance professional to join a leading Biotechnology company as a Corporate Quality Assurance Administrator based in the south of Zurich in Switzerland in Europe. This fast growing dynamic Biotechnology company specialises in the development, production and distribution of automation solutions for laboratories in the market segments life sciences, clinical diagnostics and forensics.

As the Corporate Quality Administrator you will be joining as an active member of their operational excellence team and you will have the following responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

? Operate and maintain the company's Management System (TMS) on Group level

? Handle, document and manage all official Management Systems documents

? Support and advise process owners on document changes and their validity

? Organize, execute and monitor training sessions on new documentation

? Ensure coordination of cross-functional and cross-organizational activities

The role will require you to have pursued further education in a technical area as well as substantial experience in Electronic Document Management Systems, Document Archiving and Change Movement. You should also have excellent social skills and communication skill as well as speak in both English and German.
