Description:

Oficial national phytosanitary authority. The State Phytosanitary Administration (SPA) is the official national phytosanitary authority in the Czech Republic pursuant to Art. IV of the International Plant Protection Convention (Fao, 1951, rev.1979), and to Art. 1, §6 Council Directive No. 77/93/EEC. Activities of the SPA are founded by the Act No. 326/2004 Sb. on phytosanitary care and changes of some other related Acts.
