Department of Biomedical Informatics

Study Programmes: Biomedical and Clinical Technology. The aim of the bachelor study programme in Biomedical and Clinical Technology is to provide students with the theoretical background and practical skills needed for work as a technician in health care institutions. The students learn principles and rules for applying medical equipment and technology in medical practice, together with a fundamental knowledge of legislation, psychology, foreign languages and other skills for communicating with physicians, nurses, patients, and other people in hospitals.
