Ecosystem biology
This study program provides students with training in methods of today's ecology focused on the mechanisms determining behavior in ecology systems. It connects animal and plant ecology interrestrial as well as aquatical environment. Interpopulation relationships are studied at all levels of ecosystem organisation. Experimental approach is very important giving a student the ability to plan properly all experiments and evaluate the results. The research is suported by institutes of AS CR.
