Entomology

Students are trained in the main areas of entomology research under the supervision of scientists actively working in this field and using modern technologies. Topics of theses come from the field of insect biology research (morphology, physiology, genetics, ecology, phylogenetics) including the applied research (integrated control of plants and biodiversity). Students will acquire the application of modern sytematic approaches to entomology and processing of results via publication and presentations.
