University of Veterinary and Pharmaceutical Sciences Brno
Was established according to the law number 76 on 12. December 1918. The recent period is dated back to the founding of the first non-veterinary faculty - the Pharmaceutical faculty (PhaF) - as stipulated in the Act No. 375 on 29th April 1992. It enlarged the name of the school into College of Veterinary and Pharmaceutical Science. Two years later, as stipulated in the Act No. 192 on 27th September 1994, the school was renamed University of veterinary and pharmaceutical sciences.
